What are New Normal Projects’ shipping costs?

For editions purchased online, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

For works purchased from any of our Pop Up events, we can happily assist in getting a quote from our preferred providers for your account.

Prices quoted will depend on the size of the artwork purchased, the number of artworks purchased and the area to which you would like your purchase/s shipped.

All of our editions are dispatched from our warehouse in Cape Town, South Africa. Items bought from Pop Up events will be shipped from storage in the city wherein the event took place.

When will my purchase be shipped?

Editions purchased are handed over to our couriers once a week. Each Thursday we will dispatch orders from the week prior. Thereafter you will receive tracking information from our couriers in order to keep you up-to-date on the progress of your shipment.

Items purchased from our Pop Up events will be shipped once we have received approval of the quotation from the buyer.

We do not dispatch shipments on weekends or public holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally using various global shippers.

For online purchases, if your country is not an option at checkout, please contact us directly for a quote.
Will my purchase be framed?

New Normal Projects Editions does not sell framed works, nor are we able to offer a framing service. All works purchased via our online store are sold unframed.

Works purchased via Pop Up events will be sold as exhibited, to confirm if a work is framed or unframed, please contact us.

Should you need any advice or guidance to have your purchases framed, contact us – our team would be happy to share information about some of our preferred framers.
What is an editioned work?

Editioned works are original artworks produced in multiples. The number of multiples is limited to a specific quantity.

How do I know that my artwork is authentic?

All works sold by New Normal Projects are either signed by the artist themselves, or accompanied by a certificate of authenticity which bears the signature.

It is widely accepted that these are the two primary ways by which to authenticate an artwork.
